How to use this library

Start with the decision—not the supplement

A useful health library should move in order: define the problem, understand the mechanism, test the lowest-risk levers, then compare products only when they fit the job. That sequence keeps a symptom from turning into a shopping list.

1. Name the signal

Energy, libido, strength, sleep, and focus overlap with dozens of conditions. Start with the symptom and context before assuming a hormone is the cause.

2. Learn the mechanism

Use the science hub to understand the HPT axis, cortisol, DHT, sleep, and testing. Mechanism narrows the question; it does not diagnose you.

3. Choose the next action

Lifestyle guides cover foundations. Reviews audit labels and evidence. Product pages belong last, after you know the outcome and tradeoffs.

Educational content cannot replace diagnosis or treatment from a qualified clinician. Use it to ask sharper questions and make better-informed decisions.
